The Bank’s organization is a constant concern of the Management, so it can respond to the needs of the Bank’s expanded network and the variety of the products and services it offers.

Operational structure should correspond with the Bank’s size and for that reason, the Management establishes departments that meet specific technical demands of certain products and operations and exercise a coordinating function at a network level.
