Fraudulent attempts through a fake webpage

We would like to inform you that malicious individuals have created a fake webpage that mimics the login page of our eBanking service, with the intention to intercept your credentials. Emails have been sent urging you to update your information by clicking on a link that leads to the fake webpage. Their goal is to deceive you into entering your eBanking password, card details, and the One-Time Passwords (OTPs) you receive at that moment.

Never respond to such emails, and do not click on the included links.

We would like to remind you that our bank takes all necessary measures to protect our customers’ transactions and has provided detailed instructions in the Fraud Protection section.
